Springwood Care Center is one of the largest facilities located in northern Forsyth County offering short term rehabilitation, long term care, hospice and respite services. The facility is easily accessible from Interstate 40 and is a short distance to Forsyth Medical Center and physician offices. Our facility is nestled among beautiful trees in a park-like setting and has a large courtyard which is used for therapy sessions, activities and visits between patients and their family and friends. A park is located in front of the campus which is also available for year round enjoyment.
Through our activities of daily living suite of offerings including state of the art rehabilitation equipment, physical, occupational and speech therapy and nursing care, Springwood Care Center is designed to maximize a patient’s level of independence.
