Directions to Lee County Nursing Center 

From the North:  Take 421 South to Route 1/15-501 South.  At the first traffic light, turn right at McDonalds onto Pendergrass Road.  Turn right onto Westover Drive just behind McDonalds.   Lee County Nursing & Rehab is approx ½ mile on the left. 

From the South:  Take Route 1 North to Sanford.  Turn left onto Pendergrass Road at McDonalds and the BP Station.  Turn right onto Westover Drive just behind McDonalds.  Lee County Nursing & Rehab is approx ½ mile on the left. 

From the East:  From points East take Route 87 or Route 78 to Rt. 1/15-501.  Turn onto Pendergrass Road at the McDonalds.  Turn right onto Westover Drive just behind McDonalds.  Lee County Nursing & Rehab is approx ½ mile on the left. 

From Fayetteville:  Take Route 87 North to Route 1/15-501 South.  At the first traffic light, turn right at the McDonalds onto Pendergrass Road.  Turn right onto Westover Drive just behind McDonalds.  Lee County Nursing & Rehab is approx ½ mile on the left.

From the West:  Take Route 15-501 East to Route 1/15-501.  Turn Left towards Sanford.  Proceed North on Rt. 1/15-501 to the second traffic light.  At McDonalds Turn left onto Pendergrass Rd.  Turn right onto Westover Drive just behind McDonalds.  Lee County Nursing & Rehab is approx ½ mile on the left.
