Lee County Nursing and Rehabilitation Center provides a complete continuum of care including short term rehabilitation, long term care, hospice and respite care and out-patient therapy. Our professional and compassionate staff offers planned care that is patient focused. Patients access our state of the art rehabilitation services including physical, occupational and speech therapy. The types of patients admitted are those with stroke and neurological disorders, post-surgical recovery, wounds and pain management. Oftentimes, our patients have secondary medical needs including but not limited to diabetes, cardiac or pulmonary conditions. Every patient has access to medical services that address secondary conditions for a complete treatment plan. Our facility provides transportation to dialysis and doctor appointments.
Enhanced therapy services at Lee County Nursing includes diathermy, that assists with decreasing pain, e-stimulation to support improved joint movement and muscle strength and vital stimulation that promotes better swallowing.
