Out-Patient Services

Patients have the option to receive physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy on an out-patient basis through all 19 locations with Liberty Healthcare and Rehabilitation Services.  Out-patient care eases the transition from in-patient to home, using the same therapist.  Our facilities also have patients admitted directly to out-patient services through referral from their personal physician or a physician who provides first report on workers’ compensation cases.  To begin out-patient services, contact the Admissions Office with insurance information and provide a physician’s order for out-patient services.
