    Experienced Leadership in Skilled Care

    Capital Nursing and Rehabilitation Center provides a complete continuum of care includingshort term rehabilitation, long term care, respite and hospice care, and out-patient therapy.  The facility is conveniently located across from Wake Medical Center in a well-established neighborhood with easy access to cultural and educational events and is easily accessible from Interstate 40 and 440 the outer beltway.  Our facility is known for its experienced leadership in skilled care and its tenured professional staff.  Patients access our state of the art rehabilitation services including physical, occupational and speech therapy.

    The types of patients admitted are those with stroke and neurological disorders, post-surgical recovery, wounds and pain management.  Oftentimes, our patients have secondary medical needs including but not limited to diabetes, cardiac or pulmonary conditions.  Every patient has access to medical services that address secondary conditions for a complete treatment plan.
